O R D E R

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for respondents 1 and 2.

2. Considering the nature of relief to be granted, issuance notice to the third respondent is dispensed with.

3. Feeling aggrieved by the registration of the petition mentioned document, the petitioner had moved the first respondent. He wants the petition mentioned representation to be expeditiously considered.

4. No exception can be taken to the said request. The second respondent is directed to pass final order on the 2/4

5. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter. The second respondent shall put all the interested parties on notice before passing final order. It is open to the second respondent to pass order one way or the other.
