ORDER

Heard the learned counsel for the writ petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader for the respondents 1 and 2. Considering the nature of relief to be granted issuance of notice to the third respondent is dispensed with. 2.The impugned proceedings are only peace committee meeting minutes. They are not amenable to legal challenge. Since the petitioner is a senior citizen aged about 79 years, he has remedy under the Maintenance and Welfare of Parents and Senior Citizens Act, 2007. The learned counsel for the petitioner alleges that he is being threatened with dispossession by his son namely, the third respondent herein. Rule 21 of the statutory rules envisages action plan for the protection of life and property of senior citizens. The petitioner is at liberty to move the second respondent and the second respondent shall take action as per law expeditiously.
