[Made by P.N.PRAKASH, J.] Alleging that her daughter Jeyavarshini, aged 19 years, is in the illegal custody of the third respondent, this habeas corpus petition has been filed. 2.Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, Mr.Esakki, SubInspector of Police, Manoor Police Station, is present before this Court. Jeyavarshini is produced before us.

3. When we enquired, Jeyavarshini stated that her date of birth is 15.01.2003; she is 20 years old; she is an undergraduate in English Literature and she got married to the third respondent on 16.07.2022.

4. In such view of the matter, it cannot be stated that Jeyavarshini is in the illegal custody of the third respondent for the issuance of a writ of habeas corpus.
