PRAYER :- For Bail in Crime No.22 of 2022 on the file of the respondent police.

ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 08.06.2022 for the offences punishable under Sections 11 (4), 12, 5(1) and 6 of Protection of Child from Sexual Offences Act and Section 506(1) IPC in Crime No.22 of 2022 on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent, on instructions, submitted that the petitioner has been detained under Act 14 of 1982, vide order dated 14.08.2022. 3.Since Act 14 of 1982 has been invoked against the petitioner, he can workout his remedy through appropriate proceedings before the appropriate forum as grant of bail at this stage may not arise. 4.With the aforesaid liberty, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
