2. The learned counsel for the petitioner stated that the petitioner is working as a constable in Mumbai Security Force at Mumbai and that he is not in a position to comply with the conditions imposed in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.12245 of 2022 on 24.11.2022.

3. In view of the posting of the fourth petitioner, the condition imposed on the fourth petitioner is modified and the petitioner is directed to execute personal bond. The other conditions are remain intact.
