ORDER

(This writ petition is heard through video conference) This writ petition has been filed for a Mandamus seeking for a direction to the respondents not to lay a road in the petitioner's patta land bearing Survey Nos.238/2A, 339/8B, 339/10, 339/11 and 339/12, situated in Inungur Village, Kulithalai Taluk, Karur District and its Patta No.1187 & 309.

2.Heard Mr.R.Murugappan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, Mr.A.Karthik, learned Government Advocate, who accepts notice on behalf of the respondents 1 to 4 and Mrs.M.Rajeswari, learned Government Advocate, who accepts notice on behalf of the respondents 5 to 7.

3.By consent of both parties, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself. 4.Mrs.M.Rajeswari, learned Government Advocate, on instructions, would submit that the subject lands are admittedly patta lands belonging to the petitioner. She would also submit on instructions that the respondents have dropped the proposal of laying the road in the petitioner's property. 5.The learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions is satisfied with the submission made by the respondents 5 to 7 before this Court that they have dropped the proposal of laying the road in the petitioner's property, which is the subject matter of this writ petition.

6.Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 5 to 7, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
