Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S MAHALAKSHMI.S, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.M.VAIKKAM KARUNANITHI, Government Advocate (Criminal Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.M.P.(MD).Np.2887 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.7211 of 2022 on 20.02.2023 1/4

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition regularly and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition regularly and investigation has been completed and final report has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Thiruchirappalli, on 19.05.2022 and the same was taken cognizance in C.C.No.485 of 2022.

4.Taking into consideration of the submissions made by both the counsels, the condition imposed by this court in Crl.M.P.(MD).Np.2887 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.7211 of 2022 on 20.02.2023 is relaxed and since the final report has been filed before the concerned Court, the petitioners shall appear before the concerned Court on receipt of summons.
