ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed seeking to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to take necessary action against the respondents 3 to 5 according to law in CSR 0257/2026 dated 27.05.2026 on the file of the 2nd respondent by considering the representation of the petitioner dated 30.05.2026 within a time frame as fixed by this Court.

When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 submitted that the petitioner's representation was considered and a First Information Report in Crime No.167 of 2026 dated 18.06.2026 has been registered against respondents 3 to 5 herein.

Heard either sides and carefully perused the materials available on record. Since, no adverse order is proposed to be passed as against the respondents 3 to 5, notice to them is dispensed with. 2/4

In view of the submission made by the learned Government Advocate that the petitioner's complaint was considered and a First Information Report has been registered, nothing survives for further adjudication in this Writ Petition.
