ORDER

This writ petition has been filed in the nature of Mandamus, seeking a direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to take action against the respondents 3 to 5 for their illegal act, based on the petitioner's representation, dated 06.08.2022.

2.The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner gave a representation to the second respondent, seeking to take action against the respondents 3 to 5. But till now no action has been taken. Hence this petition has been filed.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that on receiving the petitioner's complaint, the second respondent issued a summon to the petitioner. But he did not appear for enquiry. 2/4

4.Recording the same, the petitioner is directed to appear before the second respondent for enquiry and the second respondent is directed to conduct enquiry upon the petitioner's representation, dated 06.08.2022, within a period of four weeks, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5.With the above direction, this writ petitions stands disposed of. No costs.
