ORDER : The Court made the following order :- This petition has been filed for extension of time for compliance of the conditional order passed in Crl.O.P(MD).No.6801 of 2025 dated 17.04.2025.

2. The learned Counsel for the petitioner would submit that this Hon'ble Court passed an order in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.6801 of 2025 dated 17.04.2025 and enlarged this petitioner on anticipatory bail with certain conditions. The order copy was made ready only on 16.05.2025. Since the petitioner is suffering from viral fever, he was not able to surrender before the concerned Court within the stipulated time as imposed by this Hon'ble Court. Therefore, he is unable to execute the bond and not able to arrange sureties and produce before the concerned Court. For the said reason only, he is unable to comply the conditions imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P. (MD).No.6801 of 2025 dated 17.04.2025. Hence, he prayed to extend the time period, by allowing this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent has not raised any objection to allow this Criminal Miscellaneous petition.

4. Considering the submissions made by the learned Counsel for the Petitioner 2/4

and being satisfied with the reasons stated above, this Court is inclined to extend the time period. Accordingly, further period of two weeks granted from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
