ORDER
The second respondent herein is the defacto complainant in C.C.No.246 of 2012 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate No.II, Madurai.
2. The case was registered for the offences under Sections 406, 420 and 506(i) of IPC. The parties have now arrived at an amicable settlement. The defacto complainant is present in person before me. He states that he has received in all Rs.9,50,000/- (Rs.4,00,000/- by cash, Rs.5,00,000/- by demand draft and Rs.50,000/- by way of cheque). Since the claim of the second respondent has been satisfied in full, he has no objection for quashing the criminal proceedings. Since the parties themselves have resolved the issues, I am of the view that no purpose will be served in keeping the prosecution alive. Hence, the impugned https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
