ORDER : The Court made the following order :- This petition has been filed for extension of time for compliance of the conditional order passed in Crl.O.P(MD).No.22544 of 2024 dated 19.12.2024.
2. The learned Counsel for the petitioner would submit that this Hon'ble Court passed an order in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.22544 of 2024 dated 19.12.2024 and this Hon'ble Court enlarged the petitioner on anticipatory bail with certain conditions. The order copy was made ready only on 03.01.2025. Since the petitioner is suffering from viral fever, he was not able to surrender before the concerned Court within the stipulated time as imposed by this Hon'ble Court. Therefore, he is unable to execute the bond and not able to arrange sureties and produce before the concerned Court. For the said reason only, he is unable to comply the conditions imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.22544 of 2024 dated 19.12.2024. Hence, he prayed to extend the time period, by allowing this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent would submit that this Hon'ble Court has passed an anticipatory bail order on 19.12.2024, now after lapse of seven months, the petitioner filed the present petitioner for extension of time. Hence, he raised objection to allow the present miscellaneous petition.
4. Considering the submissions made by the learned Counsel for the Petitioner 2/4
and being satisfied with the reasons stated above, this Court is inclined to extend the time period. Accordingly, further period of ten days granted from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Further time period will not be given in future.
