This criminal original petition had been filed seeking a direction to the Respondents 1 and 2 not to harass the Petitioner and his family members based on the false complaint lodged by the third Respondent. 2.Earlier, when the case came up for hearing, the subject matter of the petition was referred to Mediation. In the Mediation, the parties agreed for an amicable settlement.
