Order : This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.JERIN MATHEW, Advocate for MR.BALASUBRAMANIAN S., Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.M.MURGUGESAN, Advocate for the 1st respondent and MR.B.THANGA ARAVINDH, Government Advocate on behalf of the Respondent No.2, the Court made the following order:- This Miscellaneous application is filed to cancel the anticipatory bail granted to one Kalaiselvan S/o Ponnambalam that there was a threat from the accused.

2.Though it is projected that there is a threat from the said Kalaiselvan, it has not been substantiated by the petitioner with any materials. 3.In view of the above, this Court is not inclined to entertain this application.
