ORDER
The present petition has been filed by the accused persons in C.C.No.252 of 2024, on the file of the Judicial Magistrate, Additional Mahila Court, Madurai, seeking to quash the charge sheet wherein the petitioners are charged with the offences under Sections 406, 498(A) and 506(i) of IPC.
2. Pending trial, the parties have entered into a compromise wherein the defacto complainant had agreed for quashing of the charge sheet.
3. Today, the defacto complainant is present in-person and she acknowledges the fact that she had agreed for quashing of the charge sheet.
4. Considering the above said facts, charge sheet in C.C.No.252 of 2024, on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Additional Mahila Court, Madurai, is hereby quashed.
