This petition has been filed by the petitioner to direct the 2nd respondent to give adequate police protection to the petitioner, her family and her properties on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 24.07.2019. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (criminal side) would submit that on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, they conducted an enquiry and the same is closed as the issue involved between the petitioner and the 3rd respondent is civil in nature.
