ORDER

The petitioner herein seeks a direction to the third respondent to transfer the patta in his favour for the property situated in Survey No. 403/19, at Uthapuram Village, Peraiyur Taluk, Madurai District, by considering his representation dated 02.04.2025. 2.Heard the arguments of Mr.A.Satheesh Murugan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mrs.K.Malathi, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 3.

3. By consent of both sides, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

4.According to the petitioner, the subject property originally stood in the name of his father, Muthaiah and he died on 17.02.2001. The petitioner claims that he is the sole legal heir of said Muthaiah. He submitted a representation on 02.04.2025 seeking mutation of the revenue records in his name. The same has not been considered. Hence, he has come before this Court.

5.The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 would submit there are other legal heirs for the deceased Muthaiah. Therefore, the representation of the petitioner has not been considered.

6. In view of the said submission made by the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents, the petitioner is directed to produce the necessary documents before the respondents to establish that he is the sole legal heir of the deceased Muthaiah, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order before the third respondent. On production of documents by the petitioner, the third respondent shall consider the representation of the

petitioner dated 02.04.2025 and pass final orders on its own merits within a further period of eight weeks. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
