ORDER
The petitioner herein seeks a direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to survey and demarcate the property in Survey No.205/12B situated in Neyveli Thenpathi Village, Thiruvonam Taluk, Thanjavur District. 2.Heard the arguments of Mr.R.J.Karthick, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mrs.K.Malathi, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 and Mr.M.Vaikkam Karunanithi, learned Government Advocate
(Criminal Side) appearing for the third respondent. By consent of both sides, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

Since no adverse order is passed against the private respondents, notice to the private respondents is dispensed with. 4.According to the petitioner, the subject property was assigned in favour of the petitioner's father Vembakonar. Subsequently, the same was settled by his father in favour of the petitioner by registered settlement deed, dated 21.02.2023 and the patta also stands in the name of the petitioner in Patta No.2644. The petitioner submitted an application before the respondents to survey the property on 20.11.2023 and the same has not been considered. Hence, he has come before this Court. 5.The learned Additional Government Pleader, who takes notice for the respondents 1 and 2 would submit that the petitioner failed to submit proper online application. Hence, his request has not been considered.
6. In view of the same, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, the petitioner is directed to produce the acknowledgement for submission of online application before the first respondent within two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. On submission of acknowledgement of the petitioner, the respondents 1 and 2 shall consider the same and pass final orders on its own merits within a period of 8 weeks, after issuing notice to petitioner, private respondents 4 to 6 and other interested parties. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
