O R D E R

This petition is filed to condone the delay of 195 days in filing the Second Appeal in SA(MD) SR.No. 54791 of 2025.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners / appellants, learned counsel for the caveators and perused the affidavit filed in support of the petition.

3. The reasons for the delay that occurred, is explained in paragraph No.9 of the affidavit. I am satisfied with the reasons. Since the delay is 195 days, I am of the opinion that the delay could be condoned, on condition that the petitioner pays a sum of Rs.2,000/- (Rupees Two Thousand only) to the Legal Service Committee, attached to this Bench, within a period of two weeks from today(18.07.2025), failing which, the Civil Miscellaneous Petition shall stand automatically dismissed without any further reference to the Court.
