police for the offence under Sections 448, 354 and 509 of IPC in Crime No.189 of 2024, on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that on 30.03.2024, when the defacto complainant was bathing, the accused has taken photographs. Hence, the case. 3.The earlier application filed by the petitioner was dismissed by this Court considering the gravity of the offence.

4. Considering the nature/gravity of offence and since there is no change in circumstances after the dismissal of the earlier application, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
