This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the first respondent to instruct the second respondent not to interfere with the civil dispute.

2. The grievance of the petitioner is that there is a civil dispute between the petitioner and the third respondent and a suit has also been filed by him and now pending suit, based on the complaint given by the third respondent, the second respondent police is harassing the petitioner. Hence, the present petition has been filed.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) on instructions would submit that based on the complaint given by the third respondent, an enquiry has been conducted by the second respondent police and the enquiry reveals that it is only a civil dispute between the parties. Hence, the complaint has been closed directing https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

Crl.O.P.(MD).No.12100 of 2019 the parties to approach the concerned civil Court.

4. Considering the fact that based on the complaint given by the third respondent, an enquiry has been conducted and closed, no further order is necessary in this petition. Accordingly, this criminal original petition is closed.
