O R D E R

The present Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed to call for the entire records connected with the detention order of the second respondent in Detention Order No.50/2024 dated 06.06.2024, quash the same and consequently direct the respondents to produce the detenu, namely, Loganathan, S/o.Murugan, aged 19 years, who is now detained in Central Prison, Madurai, before this Court and set him at liberty.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents, by producing a copy of G.O.Rt.No.5106, Home, Prohibition and Excise (XIII) Department, dated 29.07.2024, would state that the impugned detention order has been revoked by the Government. 2/4

3. In view of the same, nothing survives for further adjudication. This Habeas Corpus Petition is dismissed.
