ORDER
Aggrieved by the fact that despite an enquiry having been conducted on the appeal petition filed by the petitioner, as early as in the year 2021 no orders have been passed on the appeal to date, therefore the petitioner is before this Court. The petitioner has also sent a representation on 29.06.2024 requesting the first respondent to pass orders which has also evoked no response from the first respondent.
2. Considering the fact that the appeal has been pending on the file of the first respondent since the year 2021 and the enquiry is completed, a mandamus is issued directing the first respondent to pass orders positively within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
3. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is allowed. No costs.
