This Writ Petition has been filed by the petitioner challenging the impugned order dated 22.07.2020 passed by the fourth respondent and quash the same as illegal and further directing the respondents 3 and 4 to issue no objection certificate for the establishment of Petrol-Diesel retail outlet in land in S.No. 286/1A, 286/2A1, 286/2B1 and 286/2C1 situated at Thiruvengadam Village and Taluk, Tenkasi District.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the relief sought for in this writ petition has become infructuous. 3.Recording the said submission, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
