The revision petition has been filed to direct the learned Additional Mahila Judge, Madurai to dispose of the application in Crl.M.P.No.1431 of 2020 in DVC.No.34 of 2020 as expeditiously as possible

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners.

3. In view of the order dated 27.09.2021 passed in CRP.PD(MD) Nos.909 and 915 of 2021, the case has to be referred to the larger Bench. However, taking into consideration that the revision petition has been filed only with a limited prayer seeking speedy disposal of the petition seeking for a residential order and for maintenance of the first petitioner/wife and second petitioner/child, a direction is issued to the learned Additional Mahila Judge, Madurai to dispose of Crl.MP.No.1431 of 2020 in DVC.No.34 of 2020 as expeditiously as possible, preferably, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
