ORDER

This criminal original petition has been filed to quash the first information report in Cr.No.9 of 2021, which was registered for the offence punishable under Sections 498(A), 506(i) IPC and Section 4 of the Tamil Nadu Prohibition of Harassment of Women Act, 2002, on the file of the first respondent police. 2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police, on instructions, submitted that the investigation in this case has been completed and charge sheet also filed, which has been taken cognizance by the Additional Mahila Court, Srivilliputhur in C.C. No.63 of 2021.

3.In view of the above submission, the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous. The petitioners shall workout their remedy in the manner known to law. Accordingly, this criminal https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
