ORDER
This Writ Petition is filed seeking to direct the 1st and 2nd respondents to take appropriate action on his complaint dated 06.05.2026.

When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 submitted that the petitioner's complaint has been received, CSR No.303 of 2026 has been issued and enquiry has been conducted. Due to the non-cooperation of the petitioner, the enquiry was closed by the third respondent.
3. Heard either sides and carefully perused the materials available on record.

In view of the submission made by the learned Government Advocate, reopen the petitioner's complaint, issue summons to the petitioner as well as the rival parties under Section 64 of BNSS, conduct an enquiry and conclude the same within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. However, the petitioner is directed to co-operate with the enquiry to be conducted by the respondent police.
