Government Advocate appearing for the respondent would submit that pursuant to the direction issued in the main Writ Petition, an order was passed by the respondent on 16.08.2025 in his proceeding in Na.Ka.No. 8621/2025/D4. The copy of the order is also produced before this Court and one copy was also handed over to the learned counsel for the petitioner.
