PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec.482 of BNSS / 438 of Cr.P.C PRAYER :- For Anticipatory Bail in Crime No. 344 of 2024 on the file of the respondent Police.

ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioners / A1, A3, A6, A10 & A12 , who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 294(b), 323, 336 & 506(ii) of IPC r/w 3(1) of Tamil Nadu Public Property) Prevention of Destruction and Loss) Act, 2003 and Section 4 of Tamil Nadu Prohibition of Women Harassment Act, in Crime No.344 of 2024, seek anticipatory bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that when the petitioners' group went to the hotel for taking dinner. At that time, there was wordy quarrel between the petitioners' group and another group. They abused and attacked each other. Hence, the complaint.

3.Heard both sides.

4. Considering the fact that the matter relates to case and counter and also 2/3

considering the fact that the petitioners were admitted in the hospital and from the hospital, they clandestinely escaped, this is not a fit case for granting anticipatory bail.
