The limited prayer sought for in the present writ petition is for a direction to the respondents 1 to 3 to consider the petitioner's representation seeking for regularization of his service.

2.The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 3, on instructions, has produced a copy of the proceedings of the third respondent herein in e.f.vz;.g;gp2/37480/2022, dated 22.08.2022, whereby the petitioner's claim was rejected and the copy of the same has also been sent to the petitioner herein. As such, no effective orders can be passed in the present writ petition. Accordingly, the Writ Petition stands dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the rejection order.
