ORDER : The Court made the following order : The petitioners, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 406, 465, 468, 420 IPC, in Crime No.Not Known of 2021, seek anticipatory bail.

2.Learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submitted that the petitioners have created forged documents and therefore, a complaint was lodged as against them. The said complaint was treated as petition enquiry and pending the enquiry, the petitioners have cancelled the said forged documents. Therefore, as on date, the respondent police has not registered any case as against the petitioners.
