ORDER:- This Civil Miscellaneous Appeal coming on for orders on this day under the caption "for extension of time" and upon perusing the earlier orders of this Court dated 10.03.2023 and requisition letter submitted by the Additional District Judge, Additional District Court (FTC), Theni vide letter in D.No.65/2024, dated 19.01.2024, this Court made the following order:- By judgment, dated 10.03.2023, this Court directed the Court below to dispose of the suit within a period of two months from the date of receipt of copy of the judgment.

2.The Court below has submitted a letter, in D.No.65 of 2024 dated 19.01.2024, whereby and whereunder stating some reasons, it requested further six months time to comply with the judgment, dated 10.03.2023. 3.Considering the request made by the learned Additional District Judge, Theni, time is extended further for a period of six months.
