The petitioner has filed an application on 18.04.2023 for survey of his house property in S.No.61, Door No.150, Managiri Bit I, Yerikaraithottam, Madurai North Taluk, Madurai and filed this writ petition that his application has not been considered by the respondents so far.

2.Mr.G.V.Vairam Santhosh, learned Additional Government Pleader, who takes notice for the respondents submits that the application submitted by the petitioner is under consideration and it would be considered within a period of four weeks. 3.Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Government Pleader, this writ petition is disposed of with a 2/4

direction to the respondents to conduct a survey of the petitioner's house property within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
