ORDER

The petitioners, who are A1 to A4 in Crime No.209 of 2024 on the file of the first respondent Police, have filed this petition to quash the said proceedings.

2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the first respondent submits that the investigation has already been completed and final report has also been filed.

3.Therefore, the learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.

4.Recording the same, this criminal original petition is dismissed as withdrawn with a liberty to challenge the final report. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
