ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for issuance of a writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 to 3 to take appropriate action against the respondent No.8 by considering the representation of the petitioner, dated 28.09.2021 in accordance with law.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents 1 to 7 submitted that on receipt of the representation, dated 28.09.2021 from the petitioner, the Deputy Inspector of Police and Additional Deputy Superintendent of Police, Tenkasi, conducted detailed enquiry and found that the representation of the petitioner is false.

3. Recording the said submission, this Writ Petition is closed. No costs.
