PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying this Court to direct the 1st Respondent to instruct the 2nd Respondent to take necessary steps and provide adequate Police protection to cement plastering and white wash work in the southern side of the wall on the basis of the Petitioner's complaint dated 25.09.2021.

ORDER
This petition has been filed seeking direction to the first respondent to instruct the second respondent to take necessary steps and provide adequate police protection to cement plastering and white wash work in the southern side of the wall on the basis of the petitioner's complaint, dated 25.09.2021. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police stated that based on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, the respondent police had conducted enquiry and closed the same on 16.11.2021.
