ORDER

The Minutes of the ward members of the Panchayat, resolving to suspend the petitioner from services, is put under challenge in the present Writ Petition.

2. The resolution seems to have been passed on the earlier conduct of the petitioner herein, who had indulged in acts, affecting the free water supply to the public and refusing to obey the orders of transfer. Apart from being implicated in a criminal complaint, the resolution of the Board by itself will not amount to an order of suspension, unless it culminates into one. Thus, challenging the resolution even prior to passing of the suspension order would be premature. As such, the Writ Petition stands dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
