This petition has been filed to quash the proceedings in Crime No.447 of 2018 pending on the file of the Inspector of Police, Valliyoor Police Station, Tirunelveli District. 2.

The learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) would submit that initially the case was registered under Sections 294(b), 506 (ii) and 420 of IPC against the petitioner. After investigation no ingredients are found to attract the offence under Section 420 of IPC and insofar as other Sections are concerned there are evidences and witnesses to attract the offences under Sections 294(b) and 506(ii) of IPC. He would also submit that now investigation is completed and final report is also filed before the concerned jurisdictional magistrate and the same has not been taken on file, which is still pending.

3. Recording the aforesaid submissions made by the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) this petition is closed. However, the petitioner is at liberty to challenge the charge sheet in the manner known to law. Consequently connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
