ORDER
The petitioner herein seeks a direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to issue patta to his house site situated in Survey No.118/39, A.Valaiyapatti, Melur Taluk, Madurai District and further to direct the respondents 3 and 4 not to put up any construction in the Natham house site, by considering his representation dated 16.06.2025 2.Heard the arguments of Mr.Raja.Karthikeyan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, Mrs.K.Malathi, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 and
Mr.S.Shanmugavel, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the fourth respondent.
3. By consent of both sides, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.
4.According to the petitioner, the subject property is his ancestral property and he has been in possession and enjoyment of the same for quite long time. On the basis of his long possession, the petitioner submitted a representation before the respondents seeking issuance of natham house site patta. It is further stated in the representation that the respondents are planing to put up construction in the subject property. Hence, he made a request not to put up any construction in the natham property belongs to him. The said representation has not been considered. Hence, he has come before this Court. 5.The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 would submit the representation of the petitioner will be considered in accordance with law.

In view of the same, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, this Court is inclined to direct the second respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 16.06.2025 and pass final orders on its own merits within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after giving due opportunity to the petitioner. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of.
