ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/Accused, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody 1/3

on 29.02.2024 for the offences punishable under Sections 8(c), 20(b)(ii)(C), 29(1), 25 of NDPS Act in Crime No.68 of 2024 on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent Police.

3. Considering the fact that the petitioner and the 2nd accused had procured the contraband from Andhra Pradesh and considering the fact that the car in which the contraband was being smuggled also belonged to the petitioner and considering the fact that there are also CDR particulars which fortifies that there has been contact between A1 to A3, I am of the view that there are enough materials pointing out towards the involvement of the petitioner and therefore, this is not a fit case for grant of bail to the petitioner.
