2.It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that on a complaint given by the petitioner/defacto complainant, a case has been registered in Crime No.29 of 2022 against the accused for the offences punishable under Sections 406, 420 and 506(i) IPC, however subsequently, the investigation has not been proceeded further.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) on the other hand submits that the police have completed the investigation and will file the charge sheet shortly.

4.Considering the circumstances, this Petition is disposed of by directing the respondent police to file the charge sheet before the concerned Magistrate Court within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
