ORDER
This criminal original petition has been filed seeking to quash the charge sheet in S.T.C.No.1904 of 2019, on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Madurai.
2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the first respondent would submit that one of the accused namely, Bilaludheen had filed a petition in Crl.O.P(MD)No. 1916 of 2022, seeking to quash the charge sheet, which is now under challenge and that the learned Single Judge of this Court, vide order dated 02.02.2022 had quashed the Charge sheet in S.T.C.No.1904 of 2019, on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Madurai and also further observed that the benefit of the said order will enure the non-petitioning accused also. 3.Since this Court had already quashed the Charge sheet in S.T.C.No. 1904 of 2019, on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Madurai, with respect to other accused, nothing survives for further adjudication. 2/4
Hence this criminal original petition is dismissed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
