ORDER : The Court made the following order :- Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, both the counsel are present. The learned Counsel for State of TN (Crl.Side) for the respondent would submit that so far, no case has been registered as against these petitioners and petition enquiry is pending and they will conduct the enquiry and take appropriate action in accordance with law.

2. Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of by directing the respondent police to complete enquiry and dispose of the same within a period of fifteen (15) days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Till such, interim protection is granted to the petitioners.
