PRAYER :- Contempt Petition filed under Section 11 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 to punish the contemnors/respondents 1 and 3 for willful disobedience of order passed by this Court made in W.P.(MD)No. 10112 of 2025 dated 09.04.2025.

ORDER

This contempt petition is filed that the order of this Court in W.P.(MD)No.10112 of 2025 dated 09.04.2025 has not been complied with.

2. The learned counsel for the respondents/contemnors submitted that a part of the amount has already been paid to the petitioner and they undertook to pay the remaining amount in installment.

3. The petitioner and the first respondent/ contemnor are present before this court and first respondent has explained the present situation 2/4

of the society and he has also agreed to pay the remaining amount within six months.

4. Considering the above submissions, this contempt petition is closed with a direction to the respondents to pay the remaining amount as agreed before this Court in six monthly installments as Rs.15,000/- (Fifteen Thousand Rupees Only) each.
