members basing on the representation stated to have been given by the unofficial respondent.

It is submitted by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner that on the representation given by the third respondent, who is the husband of the petitioner, the Police have been harassing the petitioner and her family members. It is further submitted by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner that the respondents 1 and 2 have insisted the petitioner to hand over the key of the residential house to the third respondent.

3. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the Official respondents submits that on the strength of a complaint given by the third respondent, the Police have made an enquiry on 06.06.2023 in C.S.R.No. 283 of 2023 and after completing the enquiry, the said complaint was closed as the dispute between the petitioner and the third respondent is purely matrimonial in nature and does not fall in the jurisdiction of the Police. It is submitted that after conclusion of the enquiry, the Police have never called and harassed the petitioner. 2/4

4. Considering the circumstances, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
