ORDER

The petitioner with a grievance that the respondent Police is harassing him, based on the complaint of the fourth respondent has filed this petition seeking a direction to take action on his complaint dated 01.07.2025.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the official respondents submits that even before the complaint of the petitioner dated 01.07.2025 reaches them, he has filed the present petition. He further submits that the fourth respondent has filed a complaint dated 12.06.2025 before the second respondent and after enquiry, it was closed.

3.Since it is reported that the complaint of the fourth respondent has already been closed by the respondent Police, this writ petition is closed as there is no harassment on the petitioner.
