Writ Petitions filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to revoke the temporary dismissal order dated 05.04.2018 reinstate petitioner in service as Nutritious Meal Cooking Assistant, and pay all pending salary arrears for the intervening period by considering petitioner representation dated 03.03.2025.

O R D E R

The writ petition has been filed for the issuance of a writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to revoke the temporary dismissal order dated 05.04.2018and reinstate the petitioner in service as Nutritious 'Meal Cooking Assistant' and pay all pending salary arrears for the intervening period by considering her representation dated 03.03.2025.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the parties. By consent of both parties, the Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

3. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that, although several grounds have been raised in the writ petition, it would suffice if this Court issues a direction to the first respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 03.03.2025 and pass appropriate orders thereon, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

Considering the limited request made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court, without going into the merits of the case, directs the first respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 03.03.2025 on its own merits and in accordance with law and to pass appropriate orders within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above directions, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
