PRAYER :- For Bail in Crime No.102 of 2022 on the file of the Respondent Police.

ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner is facing charges under Sections 395 and 427 IPC in Crime No.102 of 2022, on the file of the respondent police. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent would submit that the accused 1 and 2 have been detained under detention law and the petitioner is having previous bad antecedents also. He would further submit that a sum of Rs.2,00,000/- was robbed and so far, Rs.5,000/- has been recovered and the remaining amount has not been recovered.

3.However, considering the period of incarceration, even though the petitioner is having previous bad antecedents, this Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner with stringent conditions. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis 1/2

CRL OP(MD). No.15167 of 2022 4.Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is allowed and the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail, on executing a personal bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Thiruvadanai, Ramanathapuram District, and on further condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m. until further orders. The petitioner shall also deposit a sum of Rs.20,000/- to the credit of Crime No.102 of 2022 before the learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Thiruvadanai, Ramanathapuram District.
