ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/Accused, apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 294(b), 324, 341, 379(NP) and 506(ii) I.P.C r/w 4 of Tamil Nadu Prohibition of Harassment of Women Act, in Crime No.73 of 2022 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.
2. The case of the prosecution is that due to matrimonial dispute between the husband and wife, on 03.06.2022 at about 06.00am, the accused took away the defacto complainant's earrings apart from money. Hence, the complaint.
3.This is the second anticipatory bail petition. Earlier anticipatory bail petition filed by the petitioner in Crl.O.P(MD). No. 15159 of 2022 was dismissed by this Court on 12.09.2022, on the ground that the petitioner is having illegal intimacy with the another girl.

CRL OP(MD). No.15159 of 2022 4.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is ready to live with the defacto complainant.
5. Due to the illegal intimacy, a continuos trouble arose between the petitioner and the defacto complainant and the defacto complainant is not ready to live with the petitioner.
6. Such conduct of the person is not at all entitled for anticipatory bail by this Court. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
