This writ petition has been filed seeking issuance of a writ of mandamus, directing the first respondent to pass appropriate orders on the online application for patta vide Application No. 2023/0105/24/500101 dated 24.04.2023 and to grant patta to the petitioner in respect of S. No. 177/3 of Thiruvathavur Village, Melur Taluk, Madurai District.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Special Government Pleader submitted that patta has already been issued to the petitioner and therefore nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition.

3. Recording the said submissions, this writ petition is disposed of as having become infructuous. No costs.
